- All voters who live in Texas will vote on 17 Constitutional Amendments to the Texas Constitution. Click here for details.
- All voters who live in the Richardson Independent School District will vote on three (3) Bond Proposals. Click here for details.
* To be counted, Ballots by Mail must be postmarked by 7 p.m. on Election Day (Nov. 4, 2025) if carrier envelope is not postmarked, OR Wednesday, November 5, 2025 (next business day after Election Day) at 5:00 p.m. if carrier envelope is postmarked by 7:00 p.m. at the location of the election on Election Day. About one week before Early Voting begins, the League of Women Voters will make its online Voters Guide available at
VOTE411.org. At that website:
- Enter your address.
- View a personalized Voters Guide that will include everything that will be on your ballot.
- You can compare side-by-side what people are saying in support or in opposition to each proposition.

The League of Women Voters of Texas will produce a Voters Guide for the 17 Texas Constitutional Amendments. The League of Women Voters of Richardson will produce a Voters Guide for the 3 Richardson ISD Bond Propositions.
