WHAT'S ON THE BALLOT?
WHAT'S ON THE BALLOT?

There will be a lot of offices on the ballot in the November 2022 election. Due to the redistricting that followed the 2020 Census, many district boundaries have changed. You may no longer be voting in the same districts you were in previously.

In addition to voting for candidates, voters who live in the Plano Independent School District will be voting in a bond election. You can find information about that election on the PISD website.

A list of candidates running for office in Texas can be found on the website of the Texas Secretary of State.

Some of the offices on the ballot in November include:

  • All U.S. Representatives
  • Governor
  • Lieutenant Governor
  • Texas Attorney General
  • All Texas State Senators
  • All Texas State Representatives
  • All members of the State Board of Education
  • Three Texas Supreme Court Justices
  • Several other statewide offices
  • Many regional and local judges, district attorneys, and county-level elected offices
